CNC Turning
Our CNC turning department specializes in precision cylindrical components using advanced CNC turning centers that combine traditional lathe capabilities with modern mill-turn technology. These services include:
- Live tooling & sub-spindles. Our lathes perform off-center drilling, tapping, and milling in a single setup, ensuring perfect concentricity while eliminating positioning errors from multiple operations.
- Automated bar feeding. Our bar-fed lathes enable uninterrupted “lights-out” manufacturing for high-volume hardware production, reducing per-piece costs while maintaining consistency across runs.
- Precision finishes. We achieve aerospace-grade tolerances and superior surface finishes directly from turning operations, often eliminating secondary grinding.

Grinders (Surface & Cylindrical)
Our grinding equipment delivers the finishing precision required for components demanding tolerances tighter than standard milling capabilities. We specialize in achieving extreme flatness, parallelism, and concentricity. Processes include:
- Surface grinding. Our precision reciprocating grinders finish plates and blocks to flatness within 0.0001 in. with mirror-like surface characteristics. These capabilities prove essential for sealing surfaces and high-friction applications.
- Cylindrical grinding. Our OD/ID grinding ensures perfect roundness and dimensional control for shafts, spindles, and bushings, enabling interference fits and high-speed rotating assemblies.
- Hardened material processing. Grinding allows us to machine hardened tool steels and exotic alloys too brittle for conventional carbide cutting.
Once individual components reach their final dimensions, our fabrication team integrates them into complete, structural sub-assemblies.

Welders & Fabrication
Our fabrication department uses precision welding equipment to transform individual parts into “ready-to-install” sub-assemblies.
- TIG (GTAW) welding. Certified welders provide high-purity TIG welding for aluminum and stainless steel-ideal for vacuum chambers, food-grade equipment, and aerospace components where weld integrity and appearance are critical.
- MIG (GMAW) welding. For structural frames, bases, and heavy-duty enclosures, our MIG welding delivers high-speed, high-strength joining for large-scale fabrication.
- Post-weld processing. We coordinate stress-relieving and heat-treating, then perform in-house weld grinding and cleanup for professional, burr-free assemblies.
